- Each home is different. Some have basic amenities while others may be vast and have more systems and fixtures that need monitoring. For any additional reviews of the home performed annually, the monthly rate will adjust based on the additional frequency and size and complexity of the home.

What is included in a Storm Check?
- Visual inspection of the roof and all exterior walls and windows from the outside of the home.
- Visual inspection of the ceilings on the highest level of the home.
What is a Site Visit or Project Management service?
- Any visit by one of the Tandem representatives that is not part of the annual scheduled review. The visit is to further determine the exact nature of the work needed; provide oversight on a project; or perform a visual follow-up on work performed.
