What does peace of mind cost?

Monthly Retainer - $163 per month

• Scheduling seasonal services for HVAC, gutters, winterization.

• Reminders to change filters.

• Follow-up on all work performed to check quality and completion.

• Scheduling and coordination for all requests.

• Maintenance calendar creation and scheduling.

• Emergency response and coordination.

• Two in-person reviews per year of the home to check for any easily noticed defects and assessment of levels of concern.

• One annual report of maintenance performed for the prior year.

Additional Annual In-PersonReviews - Varies

• Each home is different. Some have basic amenities while others may be vast and have more systems and fixtures that need monitoring. For any additional reviews of the home performed annually, the monthly rate will adjust based on the additional frequency and size and complexity of the home.

What is included in a Vacation/Snowbird Check?

• Check exterior doors and windows for any signs of intrusion

• Full exterior walk around to check condition

• Interior check for signs of water intrusions

• Interior check for any plumbing issues

• Interior check of temperature

• Limited visual inspection of crawl space or basement

• Limited visual inspection of attic

• Additional services included in a Storm Check

What is included in a Storm Check?

• Visual inspection of the roof and all exterior walls and windows from the outside of the home.
• Visual inspection of the ceilings on the highest level of the home.

What is a Site Visit or Project Management service?

• Any visit by one of the Tandem representatives that is not part of the annual scheduled review. The visit is to further determine the exact nature of the work needed; provide oversight on a project; or perform a visual follow-up on work performed.
